As such, Yulia’s already beautiful and astonishingly detailed body of “papergraphics” illustrations have been even further elevated in her new art work, starting with a piece titled Love Dove. “Obviously this work took a lot longer than any of the commercial works I’ve done so far,” she shares. “Being a three dimensional object, the artwork offers multiple views depending on the angle of perception and the intensity and direction of lighting.”

While most paper crafts are made by cutting and folding, the amazing work of Yulia Brodskaya uses quilling, a technique that uses strips of paper rolled, shaped, and glued to the background. “I believe that one of the main reasons I enjoy the paper craft, is due to my love of the material: paper,” states the Moscow-born artist and illustrator. “Although I’ve always had a special fascination for paper, it has taken me a while to find my own way of working with it.”

I like it. And it grabbed your attention esp. if you posted a comment below. whether you love it or hate I don't see anything where it promotes violence or degrading women.. what i see is government taking away the rights of a citizen n the rights away from people. Failure to follow instructions will land us in prison like the model. Now if steven photographed the same concept with average shmucks would we pay much attention to it? i dont think so. it'd be just another political journalistic photograph.3
