YME Concept Store in Oslo

In the universe of concept stores, among them Colette in Paris and Dover Street Market in London and as of recent in New York, Central Saint Martins graduate Nicolai Schaanning Larsen demanded a equally curated experience in Scandinavia.

After discovering a clear lack of fashion goods in the Nordic market, YME Universe were born September this year in the heart of Oslo. A project designed by YME Studios and renowned Snøhetta architects, YME contains three floors of clothing, shoes, artworks, perfumes, interior, books and a cafe.

Y-3, Ann Demeulemeester, Ètudes, Lanvin, Jacquemus, Wood Wood and Maison Martin Margiela decorate the industrial walls while sneakers from Reebok, Adidas and Nike can be found on the first floor. In summer time, take your Yme Italian roast espresso up to its roofgarden and read the newest Yme Artbook.
