Cheesecake, white chocolate and raspberries, need I say more? I think not, that is why I will let this gorgeous recipe by Sarah Tuck and her blog From the Kitchen do all the talking. Staring at the beautiful pattern of molten berries sunken into the light cheesecake is a foodporn fix that is hard to take your eyes off of.

White Chocolate Cheesecake X From the Kitchen

Ingredients:

250g plain biscuits
60g butter, melted
600g cream cheese at room temperature
200g mascarpone
150g caster sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp water
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
150g white chocolate, chopped into small chunks
200g fresh or frozen (and defrosted) raspberries (I used frozen)
