Weapons of Audio: Night Light

Weapons of Audio is the Atlanta duo who call themselves “genre-less.”

It’s a bold statement for having a style that can easily by described as electronic, disco, an/or alternative R&B style, but we get it. We can start by making the imminent comparison to Chromeo, but then again, WOA avoids the confines of a strictly 80’s disco vibe. “Boulevard,” a track off their roughly critiqued album, Bipolar (out October 21st), enters a completely different realm of R&B-infused punk rock. Bipolar, indeed!

All in all, WOA has caught our interest for a rhyme and reason, and “Night Light” is a weekend jam in support of wee hour partying. Therefore, I’m all for it. “You can do what you want, in the night light. When no body is watching, in the night light.” Enjoy!
