Video: Woodkid “I Love You”

Yoann Lemoine, Polish-French music video director and creative extraordinaire, has directed music videos for top artists such as Lana Del Rey (Born To Die), Katy Perry (Teenage Dream) and Taylor Swift (Back To December), but this time he gets behind the lens (again) for his very own.

Lemoine, who in addition to his talents as a director and graphic designer, counts himself as a singer and songwriter (stagename Woodkid), having released his first EP in 2011 Iron EP.  On the way is his debut album, and after releasing multiple singles, “I Love You” is up next. The visuals are nothing short of show shopping.  The cinematic, black and white accompanying clip features Kris Van Assche menswear.  Personally, I am ready to see all recording artists step up their game to this level, it’s the wave of the future, or, as the album’s title suggests, The Golden Age.
