Iggy Azalea has been on the radar for awhile but with her latest video “Work”, she really cements her forthcoming rise into the spotlight.
Steadily gaining more exposure in the last year, I first saw Iggy over a year ago in her video for “My World”. The Australian born (real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly) model and rapper hails from Sydney, but came to America to pursue her dream of being a rapper, giving her a really intercontinental flavor. This girl is super tough but puts her heart into everything and it looks like her team does too. None of the other female rappers out now look this fresh. She most recently collaborated with Rankin (check it out here), I am excited to see who she works with next.
