Victor Demarchelier, born and raised in New York City, got his artistic training from some of the best. Son of Patrick Demarchelier, he worked for his father, learning the intricacies of the medium and fine tuning his skills, before setting out on his own. Often working in the realms of editorial and advertising photography, he works with clients such as Vogue China, Vogue Germany, Vogue Nippon, Vogue Spain, Vogue Russia, Vogue France, Interview Magazine, GQ, V Magazine and Wonderland. A selection of his work, seen here, is also on view now at New York’s Clic Gallery Soho.
