Though very hard to find (and pretty expensive) Undercover is one of my favorite menswear brands. The Japanese sportswear brand founded by Jun Takahashi has been called “the essence of Japanese cool” and features finely crafted clothing pieces which are, in the words of Takahashi himself, “strange, but beautiful”. Introducing their Fall/Winter 2011 lookbook (ps: I wouldn’t choose this model) combining fabrics like tweed and waxed canvas with leather and shiny nylon and sticking to basic browns, greys, blacks and navy.
