The title of this feature may be a bit misleading. A basement does not really sound like a place I would dream of living but well-known graphic designer Lars Sundh has changed my mind with his transformed Cinema, a 4500 sq. foot basement filled with life and light. He went from living on a boat to this, and it seems he probably gonna sell this gem pretty soon for another adventure. “Once we started to live in an odd and exciting way, there was no turning back. It’s like going from being an employee to starting your own – there are lots of disadvantages too, as with living on a boat, but I can not work, do not think, if I do not know this space and freedom in my home . It need not be grand, but it must have a unique atmosphere. ”
