Tofer Chin’s Largest Installation Ever

Artist Tofer Chin just got back from Sao Paulo, where he was invited to be a part of Brookfield Urban Art Gallery curated by ROJO®David Quiles Guilló. Tofer had one and half weeks to produce a massive installation that spanned 170 meters/600ft long across a partition off Avenue Faria Lima in Pinheiros, Sao Paulo’s biggest financial center. Due the size of this artistic intervention, and nature of the project (temporary),

Tofer decided to compose the piece of a repetitive pattern, which was impossible to view in its entirety from street level. The artist used adhesive vinyls including reflective and fluorescent materials to create an optical illusion. In the midst of this geometric block you can see reflective light distorted and accelerated by the cities rhythm.
