Throwback Thursday: Tango In The Night

Tango

Last year people were talking a lot about “Rumours”, even “Tusk”– which was a failure at the time of its release – but another Fleetwood Mac masterpiece is “Tango In The Night“.

The 14th studio album released in the late 80’s was supposed to be a Lindsey Buckingham solo project, and became the second best selling studio album from the (best) line-up of Lindsey Buckingham, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood. It includes hit singles such as “Big Love”, “Everywhere”, “Little Lies” and of course classics like “Family Man”, “Caroline” and the hypnotic “Mystified“. This album settles Christine McVie’s talent on songwriting having most of the songs written by her and Lindsey Buckingham.
