Brit singer-songwriter Tom Odell is Mr. Porter’s One To Watch this week, and I’m definitely getting behind this endorsement. If you are unsure, let the music convince you – just check out this video. The 22 year old’s path to the spotlight hasn’t been without a fight, with many eyes upon him since his first album, Long Way Down, debuted at Number 1 on the UK Charts in June. Earlier this year, he received the Brits Critics’ Choice award, following in the footsteps of Adele, Emeli Sande, and others (Odell is the first male recipient of the prize). Despite fanfare he’s received in the UK, he remains focused on his craft.
