    why? are you allergic to food and only want to smell it and not taste it? this seems to be missing out on the enjoyment of eating, not the eating should be all about enjoyment, it’s about all the senses not just one.

    This is a fascinating concept, somewhat like molecular gastronomy where food takes on a new dimension. It’s more about tantalizing the senses of smell, taste and sight than eating because you’re hungry. I think it’s highly creative and fun.
