Born in Guangzhou, China, Jun Cen has mastered the drawing craft in Maryland. Having worked for The New York Times, The Washington Post or indie publications, such as Nautilus, his decisive use of colour and focus on human silhouettes adds a 3D quality to his works. In a recent collaboration with Lisk Feng, titled ‘The Waves From Afar’, the artist explored an idea of a universe connected by currents invisible for the human eye.
