    I stayed here last summer right after they first opened! It was a night we were supposed to camp, a big storm was coming in, and my roommate’s boyfriend stumbled on this little haven by word-of-mouth just hours before the storm started! It was so charming, and the Brooklyn-based owners were super nice, I would definitely recommend it!

Long ago the promise of buried treasure drew visitors of all sorts to the town of Phoenicia, a picturesque hamlet located in the New York side of the Catskills. Old-timers of the town will tell you how the Indians believed the mountain land to be sacred, full of spirits, and that anyone who visits will always be back again. The Graham & Co is the perfect Phoenicia place to stay, with 4 different room sizes. The property also features an artesian spring filled pool and nearby swimming holes. Now if that has all you New Yorkers intrigued, it’s only 2.5 hours away.
