Models Card Layout for One Management S/S 2010I found these beautiful, totally Avedon inspired (form his Bazaar’s cover), magazine layout inspiration/editorial Model cards awhile ago, unfortunately I don’t know the name of the artist or photographer! Avedon Fashion RetrospectiveThe New York Times did a great piece covering the Avedon Retrospective which launched yesterday and will continue through the 6th of September at the International Center of Photography. This exhibition is a long journey through Avedon’s Fashion Photography, documenting his work from 1944 till 2000.

Designer to Watch : Olivier BordeThe first Olivier Borde (Garde-Robe 1) A/W 2008 collection was unveiled at the International Festival d’Hyeres in April 2008. The collection was selected and judged in the Festival by jurors who included Ricardo Tisci, Maria Luisa, Haider Ackermann and Patti Wilson. So when Olivier Borde and his partner Heath Callender presented their debut menswear collection and came away prizeless but with a verdict from the aforementioned jury that declared the collection to be “reinventing the classics of male fashion”…more after the jump
