href="http://trendland.com/?s=Citizens!" target="_blank">Citizens!</a>, returns to our ears not a moment too soon, harnessing a sense of practicality between an electronic exhibition found within their new single, &#8220;Caroline.&#8221; A smooth electric keyboard glides aside confident lyrics, escalating the line &#8220;It started making sense&#8221; within a honed barrage of drum and bass.</p><p>Little is known of this classy five-piece, and perhaps that adds to their mystique. All that has needed to be said has been said as we are left warm and careless under the London sun, to the optimistic sounds of Citizens! — a band to watch and one to hear, especially in an ever changing landscape as this.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><small><a
