Graffiti artist and Original Fake label owner Kaws chose Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin to showcase his latest work. Like his drawings of The Simpson’s (Kimpsons), this time the artist presents a set of several new paintings inspired by Sponge Bob.

Here is the opening to be! The Nike/Lance Armstrong STAGES Exhibition, which is on at Gallery Emmauel Perrotin Paris until August 8th and then moves to NY on Oct. 2nd. The art and fashion royalty attended the opening, from fine Art to Street Art present were Dzine, Shepard Fairey, Andreas Gursky, KAWS, Yoshitomo Nara, José Parlá, Lari Pittman, Ed Ruscha, Tom Sachs, Kenny Scharf, Eric White amongst others and they each offered individual pieces of art, which are all being sold for the Lance Armstrong Foundation towards fighting cancer.
To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Marc Jacobs Mouse flats, Marc teamed up with KAWS to produce a super limited run of these amazing shoes (only 200 pairs worldwide!). Colette, Original Fake and Marc flagship stores (US & London) are carrying them.Hopefully they still have it, because it were released on September 29th.
