Here is a great little interview of Anna Della Russo telling us where it all started for her. ShowStudio interviewed her for the launch of her new perfume, “Beyond”, but the focus went wide spectrum as she shared stories of her youth that were strong symptoms of a future in fashion and her admiration and gratefulness towards Franca Sozanni, editor and chief of Vogue Italia. In her charming accent she tells what it is to be her, the job of dressing the part and then projecting her style and energy onto her models.

So today was the launch of the Roberto Cavalli Collection for H&M. His 20 Mens looks and 25 womens looks were available at 200 selected H&M stores worldwide. But as predicted it only took one hour for everything to disappear from the floor. People were stripping the mannequins to get their hands on whatever animal print they could get. It was a huge success! We love to see how icons such as Madonna, Lagerfeld, Voctor and Rolf, and now Cavalli are translating their genius into the commercial genius of none other than H&M. Thank god for the fashion FANATICS!
