I am a big Christopher Bailey fan. He always finds a way to spice up the Burberry Prorsum collection while continuing the outerwear legacy. The F/W 2012 collection was less exciting to me than usual but there were some great details going and all of it felt very wearable. It is always a lot of fun to see what designers do for their Resort collections. It is the delivery that always seems to break expectations of Houses reputations. There seems to be more freedom and perhaps a bit more humor and ease in these collections. Milan Menswear fashion Week for Fall/Winter 2010 was very good. Looking at it all together even made sense in defining a  general archetype of our modern man. He is soft but constructed, minimal but bold, nostalgic yet always looking to march into the future with an eager stride. In a nutshell that is what I got from Milan.
