Simone Rocha continues to blur lines between punk and high fashion in her latest Spring 2014 collection. Mixing classic details and silhouettes, like pearls and LBDs, with a deconstructed aesthetic, Rocha’s clothes are both polished and provocative. Opening with a series of looks in black and then transitioning to white with a few flashes of color, the collection’s true strengths were in the details – cutouts, trims, and embellishments. The minimal makeup and faux-hawks were the perfect final touch to a stunningly edgy collection.
