Earlier this year Kids Company and the Bryan Adams Foundation hosted “Shoebox Art” a unique auction of art from leading artists. The artists each recreated an image from their childhood that would be auctioned in support o f Kids Company’s work with vulnerable children. The shoebox as the only restriction. 40 artists participated, my favorites included (in order) Shorvon and Hunter,
Henry Hudson, Boo Saville, Don Brown, Zaha Hadid, Paul Hazelton, Damien Hirst, Alastair Mackie, and Marc Quinn.
