Scallop Carpaccio : Pantone Warm Gray 1 C

Scallop Carpaccio
Preparation Time: 10 minutes


3 Scallops (per person)
1 lime
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste


Slice scallop into fine, almost translucent slices.
Lay out in rosette on the plate and pour the olive oil and lime mixture.
Season with Salt and pepper.
Served chilled.
