“Higher” comes off of one of the most anticipated albums this year, ‘Wonder Where We Land’ (via Young Turks), which belongs to wiz producer SBTRKT and features a beyond esteemed lineup of artists.
SBTRKT, the man who wears the tribal mask, comes so correct on his production as always and perhaps that is what so consistently demands the best out of the artists he collaborates with. On this one he teams up with the new kid on the block, Raury, and I’d say Raur comes out blasting fire as he delivers perhaps the most impressive rap we’ve heard from him thus far, not only putting on display his capacity for rapid spray but also laying down some very powerful lyrics.
