Welcome to Rebecca Uth‘s gorgeous home in Copenhagen. When she found this charming home built in the mid 1800s, she wanted to emphasise the history and soul rather than get a newly built apartment .
She opened up the two living rooms and let therefore the load-bearing beams stand as raw partitions. She also kept the rough walls that still have the imprint of many generations that succeed one another in this apartment as well as the marble walls. Rebecca and her family stayed for several years in Vietnam so they kept good memories of this time abroad in their new home with bringing many objects collected during that time when she could deeply discovered the culture. And as she has lived in several countries, they have today a fine collection of carefully selected and proven things that reflect family history. Common to their furniture is that they are made of honest materials and Rebecca have especially a great penchant for staying with wood.
