Raul Mazzoni’s Geometric Abstractions

Check out these cool geometric abstractions by Argentinean painter Raul Mazzoni.  Ranging from 48 to 150 cm square, these acrylic paintings were first developed in the late 1970s.  An achievement of figuration and color, the dimensionality of the compositions draws attention to every detail of the artwork.  We love how the grain of the canvas appears!  Simple and clean, the elegance of Mr. Mazzoni’s brush shines through.  Mr. Mazzoni has continued to paint in his signature style over the last 4 decades.  The latest, above, was painted in 2005.
