Car dealerships aren’t known for their conceptual freedom and visual appeal, normally restrained to typical white backgrounds and blatant price tags (not to mention other humorous references often portrayed in comedy); it is quite refreshing that lately brands have woken up to the boutique concept, and some go beyond the usual glossy architecture.
That’s where 1:1 Arquitetura’s charismatic project comes into play.
Bringing to the forefront a minimalist wood-clad ambient that resembles bachelor pads projects, 1:1 isn’t afraid to bring some domestic sensibilities habitually found in living rooms to a commercial retail space. Handpicked design objects fill the room with much needed personality, however the highlight on Porsche’s vehicles is still quite present.
Choosing to showcase two cars at a time, a decision embraced by the multi-brand Eurobike is refreshing and bold; with risks comes great rewards.
