You know our love for Pantone and every time they launch a new product we feel obliged to introduce it to you. These lovely two-toned glass Christmas ornaments were designed by Selab Studio for Italian design house Seletti. Coming in 10 different colors, each X-mas ball measures 8cm or 3.14″ in diameter. Perfect for your modern Christmas tree!**Update** Seletti US contacted us telling that a lot of Trendland readers reach out to them regarding the product but unfortunately these wont be available before Xmas 2012 ! What a bummer :(

    A great concept, just poorly executed.  The ornaments are not nearly as nice as they appear in the product photos.  

    First off, the tops of the ornaments are your run of the mill generic gold tin ornament tops, not the cool pantone colored tops shown in the picture.  

    Secondly, the coloring of the ornaments are inconsistent.  Some spots are almost opaque, showing the white base beneath.  

    Lastly, the paint lines aren’t straight.  They’re wavy at best and almost look drippy in parts, like they were coated too heavy in spots (go figure).

    So while I had extremely high hopes for these, they fell short for me.

    Derek, these were just samples! and the image is not the best quality. Trust that their final products will be flawless.
