Taking inspiration from her grandmother who was a former beauty queen and style icon, “Neptune’s Daughter” consists of 1950’s styled swimwear, textured swimming caps and two pieces that would revive the old beauty queen scene.

Utilising intricate detailing, fluffy voluminous knits and heavy beading  – Green has used labour intensive techniques with unconventional materials to mimic the natural shape and motion of moving water.

Even her pet goldfish, her favourite aquatic friend who has made her renown name among Lady Gaga fans, MTV and i-D magazine is featured in the collection, swimming inside a perspex backpack.

The collection’s additional video also includes Esther Williams, a synchronised swimmer who had a prominent influence on Green.

Believing that fashion should be treated as an experience, Green’s collection converges refreshing design with a playful spirit. With an accessory line and a capsule collection to be released later this year, Cassandra’s name will be one to watch.
