As the food scene in Tel Aviv continues to boom, the interest in worldly cuisines rises simultaneously. Mr. & Mrs. Lee, a new asian restaurant helmed by Chef Shaul Ben Aderet, serves Asian flavors inspired by Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. Designed by Gal Gerber and Tzahi Shemesh the interiors representative of Tel Aviv’s growing design scene and emerging pool of talent.
You won’t have an average down-to-earth, home-cooked style Israeli dining experience here. Asian motifs, modern shapes, and bold colors are meant to evoke a sense of exploration through modern day Tokyo. The wood and marble bar, copper ceiling add glamour and a sort of over-the-top luxe not always seen in Israeli design.
