Seattle-based Olson Kundig Architects (remember this space?) designed this tiny one-room cabin on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia. It may be small in size but it definitely is not lacking on elegance. The sleek retreat features all the essentials: a small toilet, kitchen, wood-burning stove, and outdoor shower. A sliding steel panel moves to enclose the space for when the owners are away.
