When I first saw his premier collection I was quite excited but I must admit that excitement was paired with a bit of skepticism. I was not sure where he would do from there, and he could have easily gone wrong. Well, I am happy to see him evolve into a more sophisticatedand and still very edgy designer. His strength definitely lies in his fabrications, which are re-innovated each season. For Resort 2012 Michael Angel made a beautiful collection of easy silhouettes with dynamic textiles and beautifully draped details.Images via NY Mag, click here to see full collection
