MAX.TAN SS2010 : Pressed

The young fresh designer brings us a stunningly fresh answer to his question, “How many ways can you re-imagine a white shirt?” He has tweaked his white shirt creations what with combining cotton and organza, varied drapery and structure, unexpected cuts and folds, perfect pressing and pleating, and toying with proportion and symmetry. Max.Tan makes it clear that the aforementioned wardrobe staple can indeed be worn with unique flair.

Beautiful photos and so many unique shirts! The model looks rather emaciated though… I can’t help but wonder how nice those shirts would look on curvier women.

nice lookbook, beautiful photos, interesting garments and concept but:
calling the model emaciated is an understatement… she looks about to die from starvation… i am quite sure that the clothes would indeed look better on a real person – not even the majority models are this skinny…
i don;t know, to me is kind of off-putting…
i hope i didn’t offend anyone – just my point of view

The model is Luth Seah, Testshootgallery’s contributing writer, and he’s a guy who’s naturally skinny :)
