Made In:side is a photography series by Igor Eskinja of graphically rendered cardboard-box sculptures of varying sizes and configurations superimposed onto an interior space.
Eskinja plays with the objects and their two-dimensional to three-dimensional appearance while applying strips of brown or green tape to the walls and floor of the gallery.
The illusion of three-dimensional reality is perfectly created by placing his camera at the exact point where the illusion coalesces. It enables the viewer to participate in the construction of an imaginary volume in an open space, creating a new form of Minimalism.
