Louis Vuitton’s Objets Nomades

Louis Vuitton continues its return to its origins as a travel company, introducing a new collection of travel furniture and necessities earlier this week. Unveiled at Design Miami this week, the Objets Nomades, which range from a hanging leather hammock to a folding beach chair and a neck pillow, have been designed by a number of collaborating designers commissioned by the French luxury giant.  Atelier Oïd, Campana Brothers, and Constance Guisset are a few of the products’ designers, which are on display now at the Louis Vuitton Pop Up in Miami’s Design District.  No word on when the products, many of which are still in prototype, will be available for sale, following a tour themselves to select LV stores in Singapore, Tokyo, Taipei, London, Paris and Soho.
