The Butchers Daughter Los Angeles Trendland

Los Angeles’ Vegetarian Slaughterhouse

A spacious sister to the original location in New York City’s Nolita, The Butcher’s Daughter opened its doors on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Los Angeles. The airy vegetarian café is 3,200 square feet of plant-based heaven, and features a restaurant, cold-pressed juice bar, an outdoor patio, and an artisan market selling everything from beauty products to surfboards.

The space is defined by its beautiful, rich and original selection of furniture, as well as a fresh palette of colors. It is lavish, and eclectic. Founder and creative director, Heather Tierney kept her signature boho chic style, with a French Provencal touch. Right now the healthy hotspot is only serving breakfast; lunch and dinner service will be available within the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for The Butcher’s Daughter juice truck, which will be cruising streets west of the 405 freeway. Finally, New Yorkers can expect some good news with a West Village location coming later this year.
