Lanvin F/W 2011BY Ani Tzenkova / Mar 27 11 @ 10:59 AM
If the super wide-brim hat, from the first Lanvin runway look, did not set the mood for Albert Elbaz's F/W 2011 collection than I am sure the sternness came across in his palette and choice of fabrication. Though many of the looks were voluminously draped, the collections overall aesthetic was very rigid. I hope that word does not suggest discontent,
because I rather enjoyed the change of spirit. It was just much more strict and serious than we are use to from Elbaz.
