I came across the work of Switzerland-based Julia Richoz and was immediately taken with her simplistic and charming design aesthetic. Taking inspiration from everyday objects and systems that fascinate her, she re-appropriates their essence in order to create objects which exhibit a playful and ingenious simplicity. Her work was featured at this years Hyeres Festival as part of their 10 Young Designers category.
