The film posters of Jordan Bolton celebrate the objects and film characters of some of the most iconic movie titles. Meticulously constructed, the photographer recreates the ambience of each film using the objects that are intrinsically linked to the plot and the era. From Wes Anderson’s “Grand Budapest Hotel” to Jean-Pierre Jeunet’s “Amelie”, Bolton’s arrangements and visual layouts are inspired by comic books and Susan Sontag’s ’Objects’ series. The process includes 25 hours of film screen-shooting and collection of objects that finally contribute to those neat compositions.
