For as long as I have followed fashion Jil Sander has been a staple in setting the standard in my eyes. This SS 2011 Raf Simmons continues the houses legacy of pure, minimal but highly inspired forward fashion. There was nothing conservative about Simmon’s palette, “A mille-feuille of color,” as he best stated it. The colors infusing the collection with a vibrancy that I really did not feel anywhere else during Milan Fashion Week.

    It looks like block colours are going to be a huge trend next season! Bring on the rainbow-look wardrobe… perfect for summer but until then I’ll be making the most of the camels, greys & nude shades that I’m completely in love with.

    Stunning collection! I love the bright colours and flattering shapes. Very different to Jil Sander’s SS 2011 +J. I’m so glad Jil Sander collaborated with UNIQLO to produce the +J clothing line, this has meant that everyone has the chance to own something made by the talented designer.
