Van Sommers is a London based still life photographer who works with an A-class roster of clients for both editorial and commercial work. Her clients include Ponystep, French, British, German And Chinese Vogue, Dazed And Confused, Another Magazine, Pop And 10, Apple, Audi, Nike, Sony, Nokia, Mercedes, Jil Sander And Stella Artois.
I saw an image yesterday that caught my eye on CLM’s site and I literally had to look through all the set designers and photographers listed on the site to get to the second to last photographer and discover that the image above was photographed by Jenny Van Sommers. I knew that if I hunted down the photographer it would lead to some other fantastic work, so it was worth all the digging.

I like the new S/S 2012 collection. Appreciating this collection gives me a feeling as if going into a wild worl. The long flowing pastel skirts are very attracitive.2

Fusing glass is a whole lot of fun and having your own kiln rather than having to rent kiln time can make it much more enjoyable.9
