Danish artist Jan Hardisty has created unique abstract artworks that resemble paintings but are really photographs. Using ordinary objects, like paper, wood, and string, combined with lighting effects, Hardisty creates interesting compositions of shapes and forms that come together in a simple photograph. The colors are mostly shades of grey and white, but each photograph has feeling and depth, and references the works of modernists like Picasso and Miro.
