The online magazine “TheOnes2Watch” came up in January with a very interesting editorial: “It was the best of times” is a mixture of photography, color-play and flower collage. What firstly came to mind by observing it was old wedding pictures of couples in Asia Minor; the models’ pose, the takes’ direction, the almost faded out color cast and the tiredness-slash-seriousness in the face. All that add a hint of nostalgia that is balanced with the bright background color-pops and the flower collage reminding youth and love. As far as the stylistic part goes, the lines chosen were simple enriched by prints and texture keeping it comfortably formal with sneakers, even with the floor-lengthed dresses.
