The 12th century Austrian castle known as Schloss Hollenegg owned by an aristocrat, Alice Stori Lichtenstein, turns into a gallery space. Thanks to its owner, the space takes form of Villa Noailles, where Lichtenstein invites artists to create works on spot. This year, she commissioned 19 international designers for an exhibition titled ‘Morphosis’ , focusing on the manner in which an organism can develop and change its forms.
Artworks and objects by Zanelotto Bortotto, Germans Ermics and Marcin Rusak comment on the subject, marrying great design and innovation with the concept.
