Innovation through food with Atelier Food

Atelier Food is a new project that seeks new solutions and innovation through food.  Initiated by top international chefs such as Stefan Eriksson, and other leading people in the branches of communication, science, culture, and business, the Atelier is represented by a restaurant in the heart of Stockholm, and on-going workshops to explore food in its relationship with sustainability, energy, culture, urban development and transportation.  Through cooking, food labs, and discussions, Atelier Food hopes to lessen the burden of future challenges.  These still lifes, built on a grid, represent the connection between food and society, and playfully summarizes how Atelier Food looks to tackle its ambitious goals.  Art Direction and photography done by Petter Johansson Art Direction And Design (PJADAD).
