Industrial Maracanã House in Sao Paulo

It’s February in New York which can either mean one or two things: you’ve already taken off for your next jet-setting vacation to Thailand (or Maldives), or, are like me, merely daydreaming about it. So, we dig in to the South of the Equator flavor a bit more. The Maracanã House, located in Sao Paulo, was conceived out of unassuming industrial space, full of concrete blocks and metal framing but revamped and enriched with interior details like color popping and rich wood. Distinctly Brazilian but I could imagine a nice home like this in Brooklyn.
