The work of Iain Graham, chef and food stylist, is pure fascination. Abundant, colorful and excessive, he can create a perfect balance of food and kitsch, resulting a sort of fashion fairytale. Graham is currently working as consultant chef for the Soho House Group, besides other clients such as Harrods, Ted Baker, Florence and the Machine, after being executive chef at Urban Caprice for six years. It is super interesting to see the mix of clean minimalism and indulgent excess in his dynamic aesthetic.
Here his recent collaoration covered by Trendland with English photographer Catherine Losing, entitled The Serpent That Ate Its Own Tail, where Graham styled the food.
