The 10 designers will present to the public their first collection in a series of fashion shows directed by Mai?da Gregoiri-Boina from the 27th until the 30th of April, 2012, at the villa Noailles. The exhibitions held at the villa will be on display until the 27th of May.

Being fans of Hye?res International Festival of Fashion and Photography, we are happy to announce the jury selected ten young designers, of nine different nationalities. For the 27th edition of Hye?res Festival of Fashion Yohji Yamamoto was invited to judge the competition, with a jury appointed by him which included Marc Ascoli - artistic director, Alan Bilzerian – founder and director of the boutique Alan Bilzerian, Terry Jones – founder of ID, Pascale Mussard – artistic director for “Petit h”, Olivier Saillard – director of the Muse?e Galliera, Jules Wright – director of the galleries The Wapping Project and The Wapping Project Bankside, Paolo Roversi – photographer.

Are you serious? I'm usually a fan of the stuff you put up here, but just cause she's a friend of Trendland doesn't mean you have to be completely uncritical about this commercial. The objectification of the woman, and also the patronizing of the men, is so sad to me.. it's like a commercial from the 50's?? For Samsung to promote a Smart TV with such a medieval view on gender roles.. I guess the only smart thing about this really is the TV..8
