It’s no secret to people that know me, one of my most favorite things to do while in Paris is eat falafel. Specifically and quite strictly from L’as Du Fallafel. But I’ve now got another very enticing reason to visit Le Marais: Hôtel Emile. This new Parisian outpost brings the right amount of modernity to the famed district. Clean lines are mitigated by classic design elements throughout the boutique hotel. Hôtel Emile’s 29 rooms are themed with contrasting graphic black and white features, as well as elaborate geometric shapes and patterns. Bathrooms with marble floors are part of an open floor plan and the white ceramic tiles on their walls evoke images of the famous Paris metro.
