Guy Laroche’s artistic director Marcel Marongiu sought the “total look” of the house as he debuted the S/S 2013 collection of wears for the lady who dresses to power: sly, sophisticated and sexy at once. He achieved this by playing with color contrasting, exposing seams, and adding in a print here and there, making for a succinct, sporty and streamlined collection, with ultra luxe fabrication. High waisted trousers and bandeau tops made up nearly half of the looks, a bold and ambitious silhouette for the Laroche lady which we welcome.
